Role Overview :

Clicksoft Solutions is looking for motivated and detail-oriented freshers to join our team as HR Operations Executives supporting U.S. HR operations.

This role provides an opportunity to learn and work on employee onboarding, HR documentation, benefits, payroll support, employee records, and HR operations processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Employee onboarding and documentation
- Support U.S. HR Operations and compliance activities
- Assist with benefits and insurance coordination
- Provide payroll-related HR support
- Maintain employee records and HRIS/HRMS data
- Support employee lifecycle activities and offboarding
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, trackers, and documentation




- Assist the HR team with day-to-day operational activities

Eligibility & Qualifications :

- Freshers Only
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
- Knowledge or interest in U.S. HR Operations, onboarding, compliance, and benefits preferred
- Positive English communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- HRIS/HRMS knowledge is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Willingness to work the U.S. Night Shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
