We're expanding our US healthcare services and building a recruitment team to place Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, PTAs, and COTAs with home health providers in the United States, starting with Connecticut.

If you've recruited licensed clinicians for US clients and know how to find passive candidates, we'd like to talk.

What you'll do

- Source and engage licensed PTs and OTs through LinkedIn, job boards, license databases, and direct outreach
- Screen candidates for licensure, territory fit, availability, and schedule preferences (full-time, part-time, per diem)
- Verify licenses and run exclusion checks before submitting candidates
- Coordinate interviews with US clients and keep candidates engaged through the start date
- Keep your pipeline and ATS updated with clear daily reporting

What we're looking for

- 2+ years of US recruitment or RPO experience, preferably in healthcare or allied health




- Solid Boolean search skills and hands-on use of LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
- Understanding of US state licensure and home health or clinical roles
- Excellent spoken and written English, and confidence calling US candidates
- Willingness to work US Eastern Time hours

Nice to have

- Experience recruiting therapists, nurses, or home health staff
- Familiarity with credentialing, OIG/SAM checks, or US healthcare operations
