We are looking for experienced professionals to join our US Healthcare Recruitment team. We are hiring for the positions of Recruiter, Senior Recruiter, and Lead Recruiter.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in core US Healthcare recruitment and a good understanding of the US healthcare staffing process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US Healthcare positions.
- Source qualified healthcare professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen candidates based on experience, skills, certifications, location, and client requirements.
- Conduct candidate calls and explain job opportunities and requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.
- Understand client requirements and work toward fulfilling open positions within the required timelines.




- Maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS and recruitment trackers.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
- Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated with US Healthcare recruitment trends, requirements, and market practices.

Requirements

- Relevant experience in US Healthcare Recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of core US Healthcare staffing and recruitment.
- Hands-on experience sourcing and recruiting healthcare professionals for the US market.
- Good understanding of US job portals and sourcing techniques.
- Strong communication, follow-up, and candidate management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.

Compensation Salary is open for the right candidate and will be decided based on the last drawn salary and interview performance.
