Key Responsibilities • Handle end-to-end recruitment for US healthcare staffing requirements.

- Source and screen qualified healthcare professionals based on client requirements.
- Work extensively on healthcare staffing job portals such as Medefis, BMC, HWL, National Staffing, and CSU.
- Review candidate profiles, assess relevant experience, and conduct initial screening calls.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Maintain an active pipeline of suitable healthcare candidates for current and upcoming requirements.




- Ensure timely submission of quality profiles and maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills &

Experience • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment.

- Must have hands-on experience working with job portals such as Medefis, BMC, HWL, National Staffing, and CSU.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and candidate-management skills.
