About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven US Healthcare Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing, screening, and recruiting healthcare professionals for US-based clients and a strong understanding of the US healthcare staffing process.

Key Responsibilities

- Source qualified healthcare professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Recruit candidates for various US healthcare positions, including Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Medical Assistants, Allied Health professionals , and other healthcare roles.
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening.
- Verify candidate qualifications, experience, certifications, licenses, and work authorization as required.
- Understand client job requirements and match candidates based on skills, experience, location, and availability.
- Conduct candidate interviews and coordinate interviews with clients.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Follow up on background checks, credentialing, compliance, and other onboarding requirements as applicable.
- Negotiate compensation and assist with offer closure.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/recruitment databases.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.




- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.

Required Skills
- 1+ year of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment / US Staffing preferred.
- Good understanding of the US healthcare recruitment lifecycle.
- Knowledge of healthcare roles, certifications, and licensing requirements is preferred.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and candidate relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, and ATS systems.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting RN, LPN, CNA, Allied Health, and other healthcare professionals .
- Familiarity with US healthcare staffing and credentialing processes.
- Experience working with healthcare staffing agencies is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in US Night Shifts .
