We are hiring Graduate Freshers for an Analyst AR Follow Up role in a US Healthcare KPO voice process.

The candidate will be responsible for following up with US healthcare clients/insurance companies regarding outstanding accounts receivable and ensuring timely resolution of pending payments.

Role & responsibilities

- Handle calls with US healthcare clients, insurance companies, and relevant stakeholders.
- Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable and pending payments.
- Contact insurance companies/payers to check claim and payment status.
- Identify reasons for delayed, denied, or pending payments and take appropriate follow-up action.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and account status in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment and claim-related issues.
- Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.
- Ensure professional communication and proper documentation of all follow-up activities.
- Handle customer/client queries professionally while maintaining process and quality standards.
- Work in a fixed night-shift setting supporting the US healthcare process.

Preferred candidate profile





- Qualification: Any Graduate (B.E./B.Tech: Not eligible)
- Freshers: Eligible
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fixed night shift.
- Candidates should be comfortable with a voice-based B2B process.
- Candidates should be willing to work from the Gurgaon or Noida location.
- Candidates must be comfortable with the US healthcare process and client interaction.
- Candidates should be willing to attend the interview through the walk-in process.

Compensation & Benefits

- CTC: Up to 2.9 LPA
- In-hand Salary: Approximately 19,000/month
- Shift: Fixed Night Shift 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Saturday & Sunday: Fixed Week Off
- Cab Facility: Both-side cab facility provided
- Meal Facility: Available
- Location: Gurgaon & Noida
