- Coordinate and dispatch trucks/drivers for US-based operations.
- Plan and manage daily loads, routes, and schedules.
- Communicate with drivers, brokers, shippers, and customers.
- Track shipments and ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Handle delays, breakdowns, and other operational issues.
- Maintain accurate dispatch and shipment records.
- Negotiate and coordinate with brokers for loads, as required.
- Monitor driver availability and ensure efficient truck utilization.
- Follow up regularly on load status and delivery updates.
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in US logistics/dispatch operations.
- Positive knowledge of US geography, time zones, and transportation processes.
- Strong English communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure during night shifts.
- Basic knowledge of dispatch software, load boards, and tracking systems will be preferred.
