We are looking for Auto Parts Sales Executives to handle customers and auto-part sales businesses in the United States .
? Location: Noida Sec 58
? Shift: US Night Shift
? Experience: 1–3 years in US sales, auto parts, automotive BPO, or international voice process preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from U.S. customers
- Identify required automotive parts based on vehicle details
- Provide product information, availability and pricing
- Generate sales and follow up with potential customers
- Build relationships with U.S. customers and repair shops
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- Solid sales and negotiation ability
- Comfortable working in the U.S. night shift
- Experience with U.S. customers preferred
- Automotive/auto-parts knowledge is Must
