- Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers.
- Communicate with customers professionally and effectively.
- Follow up with customers regarding loan repayments and recovery.
- Provide excellent service and assistance to customers.
- Maintain proper communication and customer records.
Candidate Profile
- Qualification: Minimum HSC (12th Pass)
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Languages Required:Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada
- Positive communication skills are required.
- Candidates should be comfortable handling customer calls.
Salary & Benefits
- In-hand Salary: 11,000 - 16,000 per month
- Additional: Incentives
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
- Weekly Off: Fixed Sunday
