Role & responsibilities

- Manage shift-wise manpower, attendance, and absenteeism.

- Allocate orders and monitor picker productivity and efficiency.

- Ensure 100% on-time picking and dispatch.

- Conduct random and item-wise quality checks to maintain picking accuracy and product quality.

- Monitor shelf life and quality for replacement/VIP orders.

- Coordinate with Inventory, Order Allocation, and Dispatch teams.

- Ensure zero IBND (Inventory/Item Not Billed/Delivered as applicable to the process) and resolve hold/missing-crate orders.

- Maintain scanners, picking trolleys, crates, packing materials, labels, and other operational assets.

- Monitor hourly performance and provide training/coaching to underperformers.

- Maintain warehouse cleanliness,



crate hygiene, aisles, handover logs, and incident registers.

- Ensure compliance with process audits and operational standards.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 2 years of supervisory/team-handling experience.

- Experience in warehouse/DC operations and shift management.

- Robust knowledge of picking, packing, quality checks, inventory coordination, and dispatch operations.Role & responsibilities
