Candidate from foundry industries, exp- 3 to 8 years in relevant field preferred.

Post:- Sr. Executive Quality Assurance -1 (Casting)

Exp:- 3 to 8 years

- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Ø Lead the quality function for foundry manufacturing products. Ø Interact with customers for current product development activities.

Ø Drive Zero Customer Complaints initiatives.

Ø Monitor customer complaint actions, horizontal deployment, and corrective-action effectiveness.

Ø Conduct internal process and system audits and monitor MRM plan vs. actual.

Ø Manage suppliers, including audit plans, supplier ratings, and corrective actions.

Ø Ensure closure of customer audits.

SKILLS REQUIRED





Strong knowledge of foundry manufacturing quality processes.

Customer quality management and complaint resolution.

Internal process and system auditing.

Supplier quality management and audits.

Knowledge of SOPs, work instructions, and quality standards.

Calibration and gauge management.

Kaizen and continuous improvement mindset.

Good English communication and customer interaction skills.
