We are looking for an experienced Export Executive to manage export operations, documentation, customer coordination, and shipment-related activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of export documentation, Letter of Credit (LC) shipments, logistics coordination, and international customer handling.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Manage export back-office operations and documentation, with knowledge of ASEAN country-specific export documentation being an added advantage.
- Coordinate with customers for pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation and ensure timely submission.
- Support the sales team in lead generation and identifying the right decision-makers.
- Handle LC shipments, including documentation, compliance, and banking requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, production planning, dispatch, and shipment activities.




- Maintain accurate export records, reports, MIS, and documentation.
- Ensure smooth coordination between customers, Sales, Logistics, Finance, Production, and other internal teams.
- Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely completion of export-related activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile:-

- 3+ years of experience in Export Operations / Export Documentation / International Business.
- Strong knowledge of Export Documentation & Procedures.
- Hands-on experience in LC shipments and compliance.
- Positive understanding of international logistics and shipping processes.
- Knowledge of ASEAN export documentation will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
