Role Overview :

Clicksoft Solutions is looking for motivated freshers to join our team as U.S. Accounts Executives .

The selected candidates will receive practical exposure to QuickBooks, U.S. accounting processes, payroll, invoicing, timesheets, financial records, and Excel-based reporting .

Key Responsibilities :

- Learn and work on QuickBooks and U.S. Accounting processes
- Assist with payroll management and payroll processing
- Maintain payroll and financial records
- Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel
- Assist with invoicing and timesheet management
- Maintain financial documentation and records
- Support day-to-day U.S. accounting activities




- Assist the accounting team with assigned tasks and reporting

Eligibility & Qualifications :

- Freshers Only
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, BBA, or a related field
- MBA/PGDM Finance preferred
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Knowledge of MS Excel preferred
- Good English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Valuable analytical and organizational skills
- Willingness to work the U.S. Night Shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
