Job Summary:

Supervise production of PLC, Control, HT/LT, LV Switchgear, and VFD panels to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, safety adherence, and achievement of production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily shop floor panel assembly activities.

- Lead technicians and electricians to meet production schedules.

- Ensure execution as per drawings, BOM, and QA/QC standards.

- Plan manpower and monitor production output.

- Coordinate with Stores, Procurement, Engineering, and QA/QC teams.

- Handle GRN/MRN, material tracking, and stock reconciliation.

- Control material usage, reduce wastage, and ensure availability.

- Maintain production MIS and reports in Excel.

- Resolve technical issues and minimize downtime.

- Ensure safety compliance on shop floor.

Requirements:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.

- experience in PLC, Control, HT/LT, LV Switchgear, and VFD panels (Oil & Gas preferred).

- Solid knowledge of panel assembly and shop floor control.

- Proficient in Excel, GRN/MRN, and material coordination.
