- Corporate Training & Learning Solutions
- Business Development & Sales
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
- Corporate/Institutional Client Building
- Lead Generation & Business Conversion
- B2B/B2C Client Handling
- Team Coordination and Business Networking
- Training, Skill Development & Workforce Solutions

? Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate and institutional clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
- Build and manage a strong client network across education and corporate sectors.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable training and workforce solutions.
- Manage the complete business development cycle from lead generation to conversion.




- Coordinate with internal training and resource teams for successful project execution.
- Develop new institutional, corporate and training partnerships.
- Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.

⭐ Preferred Candidates
- Experience in Education, EdTech, Corporate Training, Skill Development, HR/Recruitment or B2B Sales will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Strong business networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated professionals.
- Candidates with an existing corporate/institutional network will have an added advantage.
