ABOUT THE ROLE

Eduflute Academy is looking for a skilled UI/UX Trainer with robust practical expertise in Figma and Adobe XD to conduct one-to-one online training sessions.

The trainer should be able to teach UI/UX concepts from fundamentals to advanced level through practical exercises, real-world projects, case studies, wireframes, prototypes, and complete design workflows.

TEACHING RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct live one-to-one online UI/UX classes
- Explain concepts using practical examples
- Demonstrate Figma and Adobe XD workflows
- Guide students from wireframe to final UI
- Teach responsive and mobile-first design
- Provide hands-on assignments and projects
- Review student designs and provide constructive feedback
- Teach portfolio and case-study creation
- Help students understand professional UI/UX workflows
- Conduct project-based learning and practical exercises

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Strong practical knowledge of UI/UX Design
- Excellent command of Figma
- Good working knowledge of Adobe XD
- Experience creating websites, mobile apps, dashboards or digital products
- Strong understanding of UX principles and visual design
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner
- Portfolio or real-world project experience preferred
- Comfortable conducting one-to-one online classes
- Own laptop/desktop and stable internet connection required
- Excellent English communication skills

Freshers with excellent communication skills and strong UI/UX, Figma and Adobe XD knowledge may also apply.
