Position: Store Manager

Key Responsibilities / KRA

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and drive overall store performance.

Deliver a premium shopping experience to customers.

Effectively handle and build relationships with VIP / high-value clients.

Manage day-to-day store operations and team performance.

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.

Implement proper stock control measures and help prevent theft, pilferage, and inventory loss.

Handle daily cash management, reconciliation, and maintain proper cash records.

Ensure the showroom maintains high standards of visual merchandising, customer service, and store discipline

Candidate Profile

Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience as a Store Manager , preferably in mens wear, premium fashion, apparel, or lifestyle retail .

Solid sales orientation with proven ability to achieve targets.

Excellent customer-handling and team-management skills.

Should be confident in handling premium and VIP customers .

Strong understanding of inventory control, cash management, and showroom operations.
