Job Title: Relationship Manager

Location: Novel Tech Park, Kudlu Gate, Bengaluru

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Salary: 3.0 3.5 LPA

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Week Off: Rotational

Shift: Rotational 8:00 AM / 9:00 AM / 10:00 AM / 11:00 AM

Languages Required: English and Kannada (Mandatory)

Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance and solutions.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and requests professionally.
- Follow up with customers regularly to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.




- Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned targets and follow company processes and guidelines.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with customers.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Relationship Management, Customer Service, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or a similar role.
- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Kannada is mandatory.
- Proficiency in English and Kannada.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
- Candidates should be comfortable working 6 days a week.
