Shift - 10 AM to 7.30 PM week off fixed

6 days working salary date 7th of the month salary range - upto 4 Lac min. 2 to 5 yrs

NO transport meal should know Advanced excel , dashboards

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing to onboarding.

Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.

Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and interview panels.





Maintain candidate databases and regularly update recruitment trackers.

Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process and ensure a smooth joining process.

Handle offer rollouts, salary negotiations, documentation, and joining formalities.

Maintain proper recruitment records and prepare hiring reports.

Support employee onboarding and basic HR documentation.

Assist in employee engagement, attendance, leave, and other HR activities.

Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
