Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop comprehensive plans for townships, ensuring alignment with city-wide goals and objectives.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify infrastructure needs, transportation systems, and community facilities required for sustainable growth.

- Conduct feasibility studies on proposed developments, assessing environmental impacts and economic viability.

- Provide expert advice on urban planning strategies to government agencies, developers, and other stakeholders.

Job Requirements :

- 9-17 years of experience in urban planning or a related field.

- Robust understanding of township development principles and best practices.

- Excellent analytical skills for conducting feasibility studies and evaluating project proposals.

- Proven ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups including government officials, business leaders, and community representatives.
