AB InBev India is looking to hire Assistant Manager -QA Analytical for its Supply team based out of Aurangabad, Maharashtra.

n

Purpose

n

Lead the civil construction of responsible project from ES, quality, schedule, cost control perspective. Help the team to hit the final target.

n

Responsibilities

n

n
- Calibration and maintenance of all BQA instruments and strictly fallowing BQA SOPs.
n
- Analysis of In-Process Samples and highlighting deviations.
n
- Ensure reliable and accurate data is supplied through use of BWC and control chart.
n
- Maintenance of all records and updation of AB data sheet regularly.
n
- Conduct PRP audits and 5S Audits on regular Intervals.
n
- Maintaining 5s in lab.
n
- Subject matter expert of instrument of GC's, Alcolyser, DMA, Sodium Meter, pH meter, Gas cylinder, centrifuge, sonicator, hot water bath and Mash Bath. Foam analyzer
n
- Instrument Management.
n
- Enthusiastic team player in Environmental Pillar.
n
- Qualified Taster. Set Up daily Taste panel.
n
- Trainer of current Brewing Quality Analyst.
n
- Brewing quality improvement analysis.
n
- Develop and implement Process checklist and audit.




n
- Conduct and track of brewery PRP audit.
n
- Ensures all BQA lab consumables and inventory are maintained.
n
- Adhere to all safety requirements.
n
- Review daily data, control charts, calibration and maintenance logs.
n
- Maintenance of Data Transfer Sheet and KPI related to BQA.
n
- 5 S maintenance in the BQA lab.
n
- UT sample arrangement for Tasting.
n
- Updation of Monthly KPI.
n
- Keep QC manager and shift brewers updated on daily brewing quality issues.
n
- Train as microbiologist Relief.
n
- Lead one of VPO pillar as per plant VPO PMO RACI.
n
- Train as instrumentation analysis Relief
n
- Global brand dot graph updation.
n
- Consumer and customer complaint tracking and investigation.
n
- BAPS analysis and validation
n
- Maintain analysis frequency as per MMSP
n
- NPD samples analysis and reporting
n
- BWC policy to followed as per given guideline
n

Qualification

n

Education:

n

Science Graduate / Post Graduate.

n

Experience:

n

3 Years in Brewing QA functioning.

n

Technical competencies:(Job related) :

n

n
- Good understanding of Quality SOP's and Standards.
n
- Good at communication skills.
n
- Good knowledge on the Lab Instruments.
n
