Studio BE is a growing architecture start-up supporting a team of architects working on projects across Belgium.

Our portfolio includes new construction and renovation projects, from single-family homes and apartments to industrial and non-residential buildings.

The Role

n

We are looking for an experienced Architect who can work independently, take ownership of projects, and help lead our growing team in Noida.

n

You will:

n

n
- Manage and coordinate the Noida office and support the growing team
n
- Develop and coordinate architectural project files
n
- Translate designs into clear, technically accurate drawings
n
- Work on projects from design development through construction
n
- Prepare quantities and Bills of Quantities
n
- Support design development when needed
n
- Help develop and improve our Revit/BIM setting
n
- Work according to Belgian standards and building practices
n

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 4 years of professional architectural experience with minimum 3 years of hands-on BIM/Revit experience
n




- Strong ability to work independently and take responsibility
n
- Excellent attention to detail while keeping an overview of the project
n
- Leadership skills and the ability to guide and motivate a growing team
n
- Strong communication and coordination skills
n
- A critical eye for your own work and the work of others
n
- Flexible, proactive and eager to learn
n
- Comfortable working with European/Belgian architectural standards
n
- A genuine interest in developing your skills and taking on responsibility
n
