We have 5 exciting openings across Sales, Engineering Sales & Marketing, and Project Coordination .

OPEN POSITIONS

1️⃣ Sales Engineer – 2 Positions

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities
• Understand customer technical requirements
• Recommend suitable engineering/automation solutions
• Prepare quotations and technical proposals
• Handle customer follow-ups and client meetings
• Coordinate with the engineering team for project requirements
• Achieve sales targets and maintain customer relationships

2️⃣ Sales Executive + Project – 2 Positions

Sales & Business Development:
• Generate new leads and business opportunities
• Identify and approach potential clients
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals
• Handle client meetings, follow-ups and negotiations
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution

Tender & Project Management :
• Handle GeM & E-Procurement portals
• Prepare and submit tenders within deadlines
• Prepare and analyze BOQ, technical & commercial documents
• Prepare price bids and commercial proposals
• Track tender deadlines, corrigendums and amendments
• Coordinate with vendors for technical specifications and quotations
• Follow up on post-bid activities and customer requirements
• Coordinate projects from order confirmation to execution
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables and pending activities




• Maintain proper project and tender documentation

3️⃣ Engineering – Sales & Marketing – 1 Position

Key Responsibilities:
• Understand technical requirements and suggest suitable solutions
• Generate leads and develop recent business opportunities
• Prepare technical/commercial quotations and proposals
• Coordinate with customers for technical discussions and follow-ups
• Support product demonstrations and client meetings
• Coordinate with engineering and sales teams for project requirements

COMMON DETAILS

Experience: 1–6 Years
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹45,000 per month
‍ Gender: Male & Female candidates can apply
Location: Indore
Work Mode: Work From Office + Customer visit too
