Salary: ₹35,000 Rs45,000 per month, depending on experience, plus attractive performance-based incentives.

Vedic Voyages is a growing travel company specialising in customised domestic and international holiday packages. We are looking for a confident, customer-focused, and target-driven Travel Sales Executive to join our New Delhi sales team.

n

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, selling travel experiences, preparing holiday quotations, following up on enquiries, and converting leads into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Handle inbound travel enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, website, social media, and referrals.
n
- Understand customers' travel dates, destination preferences, budget, number of travellers, hotel requirements, and holiday expectations.
n
- Prepare and share customised domestic and international holiday packages and quotations.
n
- Follow up regularly with customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
n
- Explain holiday package inclusions, exclusions, payment terms, cancellation policies, and travel requirements clearly.
n
- Build strong customer relationships to generate repeat bookings and referrals.
n
- Meet weekly and monthly sales, booking, revenue, and conversion targets.
n
- Update all customer interactions, quotations, follow-up dates, and booking status in the CRM or company tracker.
n
- Coordinate with the operations team and suppliers to ensure correct package information and smooth handover after confirmation.
n
- Handle customer questions, objections, changes, and concerns professionally.
n

Candidate Requirements

n

n
- Minimum 1 year of experience in travel sales, holiday packages, hospitality sales, hotel reservations, visa sales, insurance, real estate sales, or B2C tele-sales is preferred.
n




- Freshers with excellent communication skills, strong confidence, and interest in travel sales may also apply.
n
- Strong spoken and written Hindi and English.
n
- Confident in telephone sales, WhatsApp follow-ups, email communication, and customer handling.
n
- Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
n
- Ability to understand customer needs, present suitable options, handle objections, and close sales.
n
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, email, Google Sheets, CRM, or lead-management tools.
n
- Strong attention to detail, discipline with follow-ups, and a positive, professional attitude.
n
- Candidates living near Kailash Colony or able to commute reliably to the office will be preferred.
