Position Summary: This position is ideal for individuals who have the drive and desire to 'make things happen'. It requires a highly motivated individual with attention to detail, having strong analytical and communication skills, having worked on Support rollout and implementation projects, If you are Having Strong Functional skills in SAP-FICO, then this role is perfect for you. This position is based out of Bangalore INDIA.

Outcomes and Accomplishments

n

As a Principal Functional Analyst SAP-FICO, you will:

n

n
- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Financials (focus on FICO Controlling – Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Project System, Results Analysis, Unsettled Costs, Month End Close.)
n
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
n
- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
n
- Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
n
- Design, customize, configure and test FI/CO modules.
n
- Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
n
- Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.
n
- Document functional designs, test cases and results.
n
- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
n
- Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
n




- Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
n
- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
n
- Work self-directed and independently
n

What You Bring:

- Expertise in SAP FICO with 4 to 8 Years of experience.
n
- Strong analytical skills combined with a sense of urgency and high energy level.
n
- Hands-on Development Experience in: ➢ Requirement gathering

➢ AS-IS / TO-BE / GAP Analysis

➢ Process Design

n

➢ BBP Design

n

➢ TR Activities

n

➢ RICEFW

n

➢ FS Document preparation

n

➢ Scenario specific configuration /Customization /Integration

➢ Testing / Training / Documentation

➢ Data Migration / Cut-over activities / Deployment

➢ GST/Withholding tax

➢ LSMW / BDC

n

➢ Sort out day to day queries of end users.

➢ Configure Global settings and Enterprise structure settings.

➢ Configure G/L, A/P, A/R, Asset Accounting.

➢ Prepare End user training Document.

➢ Validations & Substitutions

n

➢ Cost Center accounting, Profit Center accounting, Internal orders and Profitability analysis

➢ SAP Query

n

- Experience in Integrations with SD, FI/CO, AM, MM & PS modules
n
- Should have good domain understanding in FICO, MM & PS area
n
- Good team Player and Valuable Communication skills
n
- Should be able to deliver cross-functional development objects
