We're Hiring – Marketing Coordinator

We're looking for a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Coordinator to support our Marketing team in developing high-quality proposals, presentations, marketing materials, and client-facing content.

n

Location: Remote

n

Shift: Night Shift – aligned with US/PST hours

n

Working Hours: As per PST / corresponding IST night shift

n

Position: Full-Time

n

Experience: 1+ years

n

Salary: No fixed salary range – competitive compensation based on experience and skills; no salary constraint for the right candidate.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Coordinate the preparation and production of proposals, presentations, SOQs, and other marketing materials
n
- Assist with writing, editing, formatting, layouts, graphics, resumes, and schedules
n
- Organize and maintain marketing images, photos, graphics, and related data
n
- Ensure proposal and marketing documents are accurate, complete, and delivered within deadlines
n
- Maintain required forms and supporting documents for qualifications, proposals, contracts, and marketing activities
n
- Collect and organize customer feedback for management review
n
- Maintain sales and marketing performance records and assist with analyzing marketing initiatives
n
- Develop and distribute sales, training, and marketing materials
n




- Maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective clients
n
- Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support to the Marketing team
n

n

Required Qualifications

n

n
- Associate's Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field
n
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in business, marketing, promotional sales, customer service, or a related field
n
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office
n
- Experience creating SOQs, proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines
n

Preferred Qualifications

n

n
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field
n
- 3+ years of relevant experience
n
- 5+ years of marketing experience
n
- Experience with Adobe, Photoshop, InDesign, MS Publisher, SharePoint, or MS Project
n
- Knowledge or experience working within the engineering industry
n
