10+ years of experience

in HR compliance and employment law across India.

10+ Years Qualification: LLB + MBA

Key Responsibilities & Expertise Strong expertise in

HR compliance and employment laws

applicable across India. Manage

employment law, statutory compliance, and HR risk management . Develop, review, and implement

HR policies and processes . Conduct and oversee

HR compliance audits

and ensure timely corrective actions. Handle

employee relations, grievances, and workplace investigations . Provide guidance to management on





HR legal matters and compliance risks . Ensure HR practices are aligned with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Profile 10+ years of relevant experience

in HR compliance, employee relations, and employment law. LLB + MBA is mandatory. Robust knowledge of

Indian employment laws and HR compliance . Proven experience in

policy development, compliance audits, employee relations, and investigations . Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
