Corporate Flyers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and results-driven Assistant General Manager / Senior Manager-MICE & Corporate Sales to lead our MICE and corporate sales function.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building business, managing key client relationships, developing new accounts, and driving revenue growth within a reputed travel, MICE, or corporate travel company.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Develop and execute MICE and Corporate Sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
n
- Identify and secure new MICE business from corporate clients, associations, and institutions.
n
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key corporate and MICE clients.
n
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, business plans, and performance reports.
n
- Manage commercial aspects including contracts, invoicing, collections, and payments for MICE bookings.
n
- Lead, mentor, and develop the MICE sales team.
n
- Work closely with Operations and Events teams to ensure seamless delivery of client requirements.
n




- Monitor industry and market trends and identify current business opportunities.
n
- Represent the company at MICE trade shows, industry events, networking forums, and client engagements.
n

Requirements

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Travel & Tourism, or a related field. A Master's degree will be an advantage.
n
- 15+ years of relevant experience in MICE / Corporate Sales, preferably with a reputed travel, MICE, or corporate travel company.
n
- Proven track record of business development, revenue generation, and client acquisition.
n
- Strong corporate and MICE client network will be an advantage.
n
- Excellent negotiation, sales, closing, presentation, and communication skills.
n
- Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.
n
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
n
