The Rolen

n

We are looking for an experienced Product Demo Specialist who can confidently demonstrate hospital software to prospective customers through online meetings and presentations.

n

This role is specifically for candidates who understand HMIS, HIS, EMR, Hospital ERP or Healthcare Software and can explain hospital workflows clearly to hospital owners, administrators, doctors, IT teams and other decision-makers.

n

You should be comfortable taking a qualified sales lead, understanding the hospital‘s requirements and conducting an engaging end-to-end demonstration of the PRESCO Hospital Operating System.

n

This is not a telecalling role.

n

The core responsibility is to understand the product deeply, conduct excellent demonstrations, answer functional questions and help move prospects towards closure.

What You Will Don

n
- Conduct online product demonstrations through Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and other platforms.
n
- Demonstrate PRESCO to hospital owners, administrators, doctors, CIOs, IT Heads and management teams.
n
- Understand a hospital‘s requirements before the demonstration and customize the presentation accordingly.
n
- Demonstrate workflows across OPD, IPD, EMR, Billing, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Radiology, Nursing, Insurance/TPA, HRMS,



Analytics and other hospital modules.
n
- Present PRESCO‘s Paperless IPD and AI-enabled hospital workflows.
n
- Explain product features, workflows and business benefits in a simple and convincing manner.
n
- Handle functional and workflow-related questions during demonstrations.
n
- Conduct follow-up demonstrations for different hospital departments where required.
n
- Work closely with the sales team to help convert qualified opportunities.
n
- Prepare presentations and product walkthroughs for different categories of hospitals.
n
- Maintain proper records of demos, customer requirements and follow-up actions in the CRM.
n
- Collect feedback from prospects and communicate relevant requirements to the product team.
n
- Continuously learn new PRESCO modules, features and AI capabilities.
n
- Support webinars, online product presentations and group demonstrations when required.

n

Who We Are Looking Fornn
- 2–5 years of experience in Healthcare IT / HMIS / HIS / EMR / Hospital Software.
n
- Prior experience conducting software demonstrations or customer presentations.
n
- Candidates currently working as Product Specialist, Pre-Sales Consultant, Solution Consultant, Product Consultant, Implementation Consultant or HMIS Sales/Pre-Sales Executive are encouraged to apply.
n
- Good understanding of hospital workflows.
n
- Knowledge of modules such as OPD, IPD, Billing, Pharmacy, Laboratory and EMR.
n
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
n
- Ability to explain complex workflows in a simple and structured manner.
n
- Comfortable presenting software remotely to multiple stakeholders.
n
- Confidence in answering customer questions during live demonstrations.
n




- Ability to quickly understand a customer‘s requirement and adapt the demo accordingly.
n
- Good command of English and Hindi. Additional regional languages are an advantage.
n
- Comfortable working with CRM, PowerPoint and online meeting platforms.
