Responsibilities
Consult and advise prospective clients on immigration programs, visa options, and eligibility criteria
­Generate leads through various channels (walk-ins, telecalls, social media, referrals, etc.) and follow up promptly
Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client profiles and recommend suitable immigration solutions
Convert leads into clients by providing accurate information and highlighting service benefits
Maintain client records using CRM systems and ensure all documentation is updated and accurate
Coordinate with documentation and processing teams to ensure smooth flow of the application process
Stay updated with immigration laws, policy changes, and updates from different embassies/consulates
Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance metrics to the manager
Address client concerns and queries promptly and professionally, building trust and long-term relationships
Participate in marketing activities, events, and seminars to promote services and generate awareness




Follow ethical practices and maintain compliance with company policies and legal guidelines

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Business, Marketing or related field)
1-3 years of experience in immigration consulting/ sales roles
Robust knowledge of immigration processes, especially for countries like Australia, Canada, Germany, UK and the US
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and conversion rates
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle client queries with professionalism and clarity
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple clients simultaneously
Proficient in MS office and CRM tools
