About Masrah Films

Masrah Films is a multi-disciplinary creative agency working across branding, advertising, content, social media, production, influencer marketing, and digital solutions.

We're looking for an Upwork Bidding Expert / Strategist who can consistently identify relevant projects, create winning proposals, and turn Upwork opportunities into long-term clients.

The Role

You'll be responsible for managing Masrah's Upwork business development — from finding the right projects and analysing client requirements to writing personalised proposals, handling initial communication, and helping convert leads into meetings and projects.

What You'll Do

- Research and identify high-quality, relevant projects on Upwork.
- Develop and execute effective Upwork bidding strategies.
- Write personalised, persuasive proposals based on each client's requirements.
- Analyse client profiles, project requirements, budgets, and competition before bidding.
- Manage Upwork communication and initial client conversations.
- Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into meetings and projects.
- Optimise Masrah's Upwork profile, portfolio, proposals, and overall positioning.
- Track bids, responses, conversion rates, and overall performance.
- Work closely with the sales and creative teams to prepare relevant pitches and proposals.




- Explore new strategies to increase Upwork leads and revenue.

What We're Looking For

- 1–4+ years of hands-on experience with Upwork bidding and client acquisition.
- Proven understanding of Upwork's bidding system and marketplace.
- Solid proposal writing and communication skills.
- Ability to identify genuine, high-potential projects instead of mass bidding.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Understanding of creative, marketing, branding, advertising, or digital services is a plus.
- Experience generating international leads is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Target-driven, proactive, and comfortable working with numbers and conversion metrics.

Bonus Skills

- Experience with other freelance platforms.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation.
- Experience with LinkedIn or cold email outreach.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads / SEO.
- Experience selling creative agency or marketing services.
