We are looking for a skilled and responsible UPS Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain UPS systems andassociated electrical infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring reliable power supply to critical loadsand responding appropriately to alarms, faults, and power-related emergencies.Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor UPS systems, batteries, and associated electrical equipment. Monitor UPS parameters such as load, voltage, current, frequency, battery status, and alarms. Carry out routine inspections of UPS systems and electrical panels. Respond promptly to UPS alarms, faults, and abnormal operating conditions. Coordinate with the engineering and facility management team during power-related incidents. Perform routine operational checks and maintain equipment logbooks. Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities as per approved procedures. Monitor DG, utility power, electrical panels, and other related systems where required. Follow approved SOPs, MOPs, EOPs and emergency procedures. Escalate equipment abnormalities and critical alarms to the concerned supervisor/engineer. Ensure proper housekeeping around UPS and electrical equipment areas. Follow all applicable PPE, electrical safety and LOTO procedures. Maintain daily shift reports, checklists, readings, and maintenance records.



Assist during testing, inspection, and maintenance activities carried out by vendors or engineers.Required QualificationsITI / Diploma in Electrical or a related technical discipline. Relevant experience in UPS operation, electrical maintenance, data centre, facility management, or criticalinfrastructure will be preferred. Freshers with relevant technical qualifications may also be considered depending on the requirement.Required Skills Basic knowledge of UPS systems and battery banks. Basic knowledge of electrical systems and safety practices. Ability to read electrical parameters and equipment indications. Basic troubleshooting and fault-identification skills. Good observation and communication skills. Willingness to work in shifts. Ability to follow SOPs and emergency procedures.Preferred Experience1–3 years of relevant experience in UPS operation, electrical maintenance, facility management, data centres, orcritical facilities will be preferred.Shift RequirementThe position may require rotational shifts, including night shifts, depending on project/site requirements.ReportingReports To: Facility Manager / Electrical Engineer / Site In-chargeWork EnvironmentThe role involves working at operational sites and may include exposure to critical electrical and facility infrastructure.The candidate must strictly follow safety procedures and operational protocol

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
