Roles and Responsibilities :

- Oversee daily hospital operations to ensure smooth functioning of all departments.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, revenue growth, and profitability.

- Manage budgetary constraints to achieve optimal resource allocation and minimize costs.

- Ensure compliance with NABH standards and maintain high levels of quality patient care.

Job Requirements :

- 12-25 years of experience in administration, healthcare services or hospital management.

- Solid understanding of P&L; (Profit & Loss) statements and ability to analyze financial data for informed decision-making.

- Proven track record in managing budgets effectively to achieve cost savings without compromising quality patient care.
