- Monitor third-party marketplaces and e-commerce platforms to identify unauthorized product listings and sales activities.
- Review and investigate potential violations identified through marketplace monitoring tools and seller reports.
- Conduct manual research and investigations to establish links between sellers and Amway Business Owners (ABOs/IBOs) or Registered/Privileged Customers.
- Evaluate seller activity and recommend appropriate investigative actions.
- Prepare detailed investigation reports, documenting findings, evidence, conclusions, and recommended next steps.
- Support global unauthorized sales mitigation programs in line with established policies and procedures.
Fraud Review & Compliance Monitoring
- Review product orders flagged as potential fraud or policy violations.
- Analyze fraud indicators, trends, and suspicious activity patterns.
- Conduct manual reviews and make recommendations based on established compliance protocols.
- Maintain accurate documentation of investigations, findings, and actions taken.
- Escalate anomalies, emerging trends, and process gaps to leadership for timely action.
Reporting & Operational Support
- Assist in preparing dashboards, reports, and analysis related to unauthorized selling and fraud trends.
- Extract, compile, and maintain data required for investigations and management reporting.
- Provide support on special projects and other assignments as directed by the manager.
- Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to support investigation and compliance activities.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Law, Commerce, Business Administration, Management, Criminology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
