Selected person’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Demonstrate proven proficiency in UI/UX design or a related capacity.
2. Showcase a robust portfolio reflecting a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and strong visual design skills.
3. Utilize design and prototyping tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Material.io, Figma, or InVision to excel in creating user interfaces.
4. Collaborate effectively with developers, leveraging knowledge of front-end development technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
5. Apply expertise in responsive design principles and implement best practices.
6. Utilize usability testing methodologies and user research techniques to inform design decisions.
7. Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Present and communicate design concepts and rationale effectively, showcasing strong verbal and written communication skills.

Skills & Qualification Required:

- Degree in BDesign or MDesign or Course/Certification in UI/UX.
- Strong Command over Figma and similar designing tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
