We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to creation of intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling digital experiences across web and/or mobile products. You will translate business goals and user needs into elegant solutions, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes from discovery through launch.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end UX/UI design: discovery, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Partner with Product and stakeholders to clarify requirements, define success metrics, and prioritize user needs.
- Conduct and synthesize user research (interviews, usability tests, surveys) to inform design decisions.
- Create and maintain design systems and reusable components to ensure consistency and scale.
- Produce clear design deliverables: journey maps, information architecture, interaction specs, and developer handoffs.
- Collaborate with Engineers to ensure feasibility,



quality implementation, and smooth iteration cycles.
- Advocate for usability and accessibility (WCAG); validate designs through testing and continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design standards, critique culture, and best practices.

Requirements

- 3+ years of qualified experience in UI/UX or Product Design with a strong portfolio showcasing both UX thinking and UI craft.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.
- Strong skills in interaction design, visual design, typography, layout, and design systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to present and defend design rationale clearly.
- Experience working in Agile teams and shipping products in real-world environments.
