What You'll Own

- Design and continuously improve end-to-end user journeys across Ambak's web and mobile products, from first touchpoint to final outcome

- Translate complex home loan workflows into straightforward, intuitive experiences that remove friction and build confidence at every step

- Build, maintain, and evolve a robust design system that ensures consistency, speed, and quality across the product

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iteration cycles that drive measurable improvements in activation, engagement, and task completion

- Partner closely with developers to ensure design intent is delivered accurately — explaining logic, resolving gaps, and staying in the build cycle

- Create and own UX documentation including flows, wireframes, prototypes, and handoff specs that leave no room for ambiguity

- Work with product and business stakeholders to align experience decisions with outcomes like lead generation, conversion, and retention

- Identify experience gaps through data and user feedback, and proactively propose and prioritise fixes before they are asked for
