Skybuild Realty is looking for a confident, camera-friendly UGC Creator & Real Estate Presenter to become a recognizable face of our brand across Instagram, Facebook and other digital platforms.
The role involves creating engaging short-form videos focused on premium residential and commercial real estate.
Responsibilities
- Present and host Instagram Reels and short-form videos
- Conduct property walkthroughs and presentations
- Explain property features, layouts, amenities and locations
- Present connectivity and neighbourhood highlights
- Create natural, engaging UGC-style content
- Participate in property shoots, launches and brand campaigns
- Work with the marketing team on new content ideas
- Represent Skybuild professionally on camera
What We're Looking For
- Robust on-camera presence and screen presence
- Excellent communication and anchoring skills
- Clear and confident English/Hindi communication
- Comfortable speaking naturally on camera
- Professional appearance and presentation
- Ability to explain premium real estate in an engaging way
- Comfortable creating Instagram Reels and short-form videos
- Previous experience in UGC, anchoring, hosting, media, lifestyle, real estate or content creation is a plus
