- Robust understanding of:
- Contract Management
- Chargeback Processing
- Claims Processing
- Pricing and Rebates
- Member Eligibility Management
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SD integration.
- Knowledge of IDocs, EDI transactions, and SAP CPI integrations.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex business and technical issues.
- Experience in preparing functional specifications and conducting testing activities.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills.
