TSM – HoReCa (FMCG) – Kerala @ Ernakulam

Experience: Minimum 5–8 Years in FMCG – HoReCa experience preferred/required

Location: Ernakulam, Kerala

CTC: Maximum gross up to 7 LPA

Responsible for driving primary & secondary sales, distributor management, market expansion and customer/outlet coverage across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve sales and distribution targets.
- Manage distributors, stockists and HoReCa customers/channels.
- Drive secondary sales, customer coverage and product availability.
- Lead and monitor the sales team and beat plans.
- Implement schemes, visibility and merchandising activities.
- Track market/competitor activities and ensure collections.
- Develop recent HoReCa customers and expand territory business.

Requirements:
- FMCG HoReCa sales experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of the Kerala market.
- Experience in distributor handling and team management.
- Malayalam communication is preferred.
