About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Travel, Visa & Ticketing Specialist who can independently handle end-to-end travel requirements, including leisure travel planning, visa processing, domestic & international air ticketing, and client servicing.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle domestic and international travel bookings and provide end-to-end travel assistance.
- Plan and customise leisure holidays, FITs and group tours based on client requirements.
- Prepare travel itineraries, quotations and customised holiday packages.
- Handle visa documentation, application processing and submission for various countries.
- Guide clients regarding visa requirements, documentation, timelines and procedures.
- Handle domestic & international air ticketing using GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre.
- Manage , ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, refunds and itinerary changes.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, visa partners and other travel vendors.
- Handle client enquiries, follow-ups, negotiations and booking confirmations.
- Maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and travel-related issues.
- Maintain accurate booking, visa and client records.
- Stay updated on visa regulations,



airline policies, destination information and travel requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong practical knowledge of Visa + Ticketing + Leisure Travel.
- Hands-on experience with Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre / Travelport or similar GDS.
- Good knowledge of international and domestic destinations.
- Experience in handling international visas and travel documentation.
- Strong communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and travel-related systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requirements simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be an all-round travel professional who can independently manage: Visa Processing Ticketing Itinerary Planning Holiday Packages Client Handling Booking & After-Sales Support

Candidates with experience in international leisure travel, outbound tourism, visa processing and GDS ticketing will be preferred.
