We are looking for a Travel Sales Consultant- Trek who has a good understanding of treks and a passion for travel and adventure. The role involves handling customer enquiries, recommending suitable treks, and converting leads into bookings.

Work Mode: On-site

Working Days: 5 Days a Week (11am-6pm)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

● Handle enquiries related to treks, tours, and adventure trips.

● Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable treks.

● Explain trek itineraries, difficulty levels, inclusions, and other trip details.

● Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings.

● Maintain valuable relationships with customers and assist them throughout the booking process.

● Coordinate with the Operations team for confirmed trips.





● Stay updated about trek routes, destinations, and upcoming trips.

● Maintain lead and booking records.

● Contribute to sales and overall business growth.

Requirements

● 1.5 –3 years of experience in travel, tourism, sales, or a related field.

● Good knowledge of treks and trekking destinations.

● Strong communication and convincing skills.

● Passion for travel, trekking, and adventure.

● Willingness to learn and work in an on-site environment.
