Travel Sales Consultant – Key Responsibilities

- Talk to customers and understand their travel needs, budget, and preferences.
- Suggest suitable travel packages and destinations based on customer requirements.
- Explain package details, prices, inclusions, exclusions, and travel plans clearly.
- Prepare customized travel itineraries according to customer needs.

- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, guides, and other travel partners when required.
- Maintain customer details, enquiries, and booking information properly.
- Keep track of leads and regularly follow up on pending enquiries.
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
- Build positive relationships with customers and provide support before and during their trip.
- Stay updated about new destinations, travel packages, offers, and pricing.
