Vacation Tales is a travel platform offering curated domestic and international holiday packages, combining hotels, flights, transfers, experiences, and customized itineraries to create seamless travel experiences.

Role:

We are looking for a Travel Consultant in sales team to handle customer inquiries, recommend and customize holiday packages, prepare itineraries and quotations, manage bookings, and coordinate with travel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and understand travel requirements, preferences, and budgets.

Recommend and customize domestic & international holiday packages.

Prepare quotations, itineraries, and travel arrangements.

Manage hotel, flight, transfer, sightseeing, and activity bookings.

Coordinate with suppliers and resolve booking-related issues.





Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings.

Maintain accurate booking records and ensure timely customer communication.

Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

1–4 years of experience in travel consultancy, holiday packages, or tour operations.

Positive knowledge of domestic and international destinations.

Strong communication, sales, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Experience with travel booking platforms/CRM is preferred.

Customer-focused, organized, and detail-oriented.

Knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

Travel & Tourism/Hospitality qualification is an advantage.
