Role Description The Travel Consultant will work on-site in Noida in a full time capacity, assisting clients with end-to-end travel planning and bookings. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising customers on destinations and itineraries, creating customized tour packages, and arranging flights, hotels, and other travel services. The role involves managing reservations, handling changes or cancellations, and ensuring accurate documentation of travel details.

The Travel

Consultant will address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain strong relationships with clients and travel partners. The role also includes staying informed about travel trends, visa requirements,



and promotional offers to provide up-to-date recommendations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to provide expert guidance on destinations, itineraries, and overall trip planning.
- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations to coordinate flights, hotels, transportation, and booking modifications efficiently.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive travel experience for each client.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain travel options clearly and build trust with clients.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple bookings, deadlines, and documentation accurately.
- Proficiency with travel booking platforms, basic computer applications, and online research tools.
- Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory.
