Role Description The Travel Agency Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves consulting with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and requirements, and then designing tailored itineraries that may include flights, accommodations, guided tours, and activities. The specialist will manage bookings and reservations, coordinate business travel arrangements, and ensure all travel documentation is accurate and up to date.

Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, providing destination information, recommending travel options, and maintaining solid client relationships through attentive customer service.



The role also includes promoting travel packages, supporting sales initiatives, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and a high-quality client experience.

Qualifications

- Experience in travel agency operations with a solid understanding of leisure and business travel planning.
- Knowledge of guided tours and group travel coordination, including itinerary design and vendor liaison.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain client satisfaction.
- Sales skills related to promoting travel packages, cross-selling services, and meeting booking or revenue targets.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems, GDS tools, and online reservation platforms.
