Job Summary

Responsible for managing transportation, dispatch, shipment tracking, and delivery coordination to ensure the safe, timely, and cost-effective movement of materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with transporters, suppliers, drivers, Stores, Procurement, Accounts, and Project teams.
- Arrange vehicles and coordinate material pickup and delivery.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and maintain LR/GR, E-Way Bill, Delivery Challan, Invoice, and POD.
- Obtain and compare freight quotations and verify transporter bills.
- Follow up on delayed, pending, short,



or damaged deliveries.
- Maintain transporter, vehicle, dispatch, and freight records.
- Prepare basic daily/weekly logistics reports.
- Resolve transportation and delivery-related issues.

Required Skills

- Transport & Logistics knowledge.
- MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Vendor/transporter coordination.
- Problem-solving and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
