As a Trade and Working Capital Operations Specialist within the Trade and Working Capital Operations team, you support the development and delivery of trade finance solutions and transaction processing across products such as import and export bills, foreign bill collection, letters of credit, and open account trading. You provide transaction-based expertise to help ensure accurate, timely execution aligned to International Chamber of Commerce guidelines, bank procedures, and the trade finance policy manual. You apply a strong understanding of risk management, transaction processing, retail banking, wholesale banking, and trade settlements to support well-controlled operations.

Job Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update standard operating procedures as changes occur
- Implement best practices to improve efficiency and continuously identify opportunities for improvement
- Participate in new deals by attending project management calls and supporting smooth migrations
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements in daily operations
- Process transactions within the agreed service level agreement turnaround times
- Escalate issues immediately to support timely resolution and risk mitigation

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:

- Hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
- Bring 3+ years of experience in Trade Finance Operations – Structured Solutions
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Structured Solutions products, including Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables
- Apply working knowledge of payments processing
- Interpret and process SWIFT MT103 and MT202 payment messages
- Execute transaction processing for Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables
- Perform reconciliations to support accurate transaction and payment processing




- Maintain a strong control mindset by evidencing and validating payment-related activities
- Exhibit a positive attitude, learn quickly, and contribute to business outcomes
- Manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting operational commitments

- Exposure to AI-enabled tools and willingness to adopt emerging technologies that support process improvement and operational excellence.
