Role Description The Training Supervisor at DoubleTree by Hilton Pune - Chinchwad is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering training programs for hotel Team Members across departments to ensure service standards, brand guidelines, and operational procedures are consistently met.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting onboarding sessions, organizing skills and service training workshops, tracking training attendance and completion, and maintaining training records and documentation.

The Training





Supervisor collaborates with department heads to identify development needs, creates or adapts training materials, and provides coaching and feedback to support performance improvement. The role also involves promoting the CARE culture, encouraging continuous learning, and supporting initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction and Team Member engagement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team coordination, mentoring, and performance follow-up.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities.
- Candidates should possess Training & Development and Training skills, including designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with a focus on hospitality standards and guest satisfaction.
- Relevant experience in hotel or hospitality operations, preferably in a training or supervisory role.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt training to diverse learning styles.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and training tools; experience with e-learning platforms is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Training, or a related field is preferred.
