We are looking for an experienced training professional with prior experience in Home Health Medical Coding to lead our Training Team and manage end-to-end training activities for recent and existing coders for our Kochi – CSEZ office .

Key Responsibilities

Training & Development

- Lead and manage end-to-end training programs for new and existing Home Health coders.
- Develop and maintain training modules, presentations, assessments, and reference materials.
- Design training plans based on business requirements, quality trends, audit findings, and operational gaps.
- Ensure training content is aligned with current coding guidelines, client requirements, and internal processes.
- Conduct knowledge assessments and certification/readiness assessments for trainees.

Trainee Management

- Monitor trainee performance throughout the training and OJT phases.
- Establish clear training milestones and competency expectations.
- Identify knowledge and skill gaps and implement targeted coaching plans.
- Work closely with Operations and QA teams to ensure smooth transition of trainees from training to production.
- Track and report trainee progress, attendance, performance, and readiness.

Quality & Performance Improvement

- Analyze QA findings, CRE trends, coding errors, and productivity data to identify training opportunities.
- Develop targeted training interventions for recurring coding and documentation-related errors.
- Partner with QA and Operations teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training through post-training quality and productivity trends.




- Ensure training initiatives contribute to improved quality, accuracy, and coder competency.

Team Leadership

- Lead and mentor the Training team and ensure effective allocation of training activities.
- Set expectations and monitor Trainer performance and deliverables.
- Conduct regular reviews with Trainers to evaluate training effectiveness.
- Ensure consistency in training methodology and content across Trainers.
- Support Trainers with complex coding scenarios and training-related challenges.

Process & Reporting

- Maintain training trackers, assessment records, OJT reports, and competency matrices.
- Prepare and present training performance reports to management.
- Track key training metrics such as:
- Training completion
- Assessment scores
- OJT performance
- Training-to-production conversion
- Quality improvement
- Productivity readiness
- Attrition during training/OJT
- Identify opportunities to improve the overall training process and reduce the time required to achieve production readiness.

- Post-training QA performance

- Reduction in recurring coding errors
- Training effectiveness and knowledge retention

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
